ACE Seminar will provide a full credit that can be used towards any future seminar to a participant or registrant that cannot attend a live seminar or webinar (in the event a credit card refund is issued, any applicable service fees will be deducted from the refund amount.).

 


Cancellation Policy

ACE Seminar will provide a full refund or credit in the unlikely event of a cancellation of a live seminar or webinar. We will notify participants of any cancellation by email or phone.

Credit Hours

All our credits (CPE and CLE) are granted based upon a 50-minute hour.


Attendance Policy

Attendance will be verified at the Live Seminars through a sign-in and sign-out sheet. Additionally, we will have a monitor stationed at the door to verify any long absences. For Live Webinars, attendance will be verified by codes that the lecturer will announce throughout the course, which you must submit on the Verification Form after the course is completed.

You can register with our website if you would like to receive our catalog as well as updates on our new products and services. Information you submit on our website will not be used for this purpose unless you fill out the registration form.

We use non-identifying and aggregate information to better design our website and to share with advertisers. For example, we may tell an advertiser that X number of individuals visited a certain area on our website, or that Y number of men and Z number of women filled out our registration form, but we would not disclose anything that could be used to identify those individuals.
