INSTRUCTIONS FOR EARNING CPE CREDIT
Throughout the webinar there will be codes announced to verify your attendance. Please write them on a piece of paper and after you complete the seminar please fill out the code verification form below. For groups of 2 or more you may appoint a proctor to ensure that all attendees are present and watching the seminar in its entirety (and you will not need to input the codes). Please click below to access the proctor form. We will issue your certificate within 48 business hours of the form or code submission.
